Verónica Aponte is a Cross Practice Conceptual Artist born and raised in Caracas-Venezuela. Interested in Issues of Modernity in Latin-America and how historical geopolitics influences public spaces, experiences, and memories. She uses Video-Photo Live Performance, Installation and Post-Digital Practices of Printmaking, to approach issues of gender, urban and cultural identity. Living and working in Phoenix, Arizona. She is also an MFA Intermedia Candidate at Arizona State University.
